All Sales Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products:

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Change of mind

  • Skin reactions due to individual sensitivities

  • Incorrect product selection

 

Individual results may vary depending on skin type and routine.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong product was shipped

 

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

 

If approved, we may:

  • Ship a replacement, or

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

 

Dermilu reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet these requirements.

Shipping Issues

Dermilu is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

 

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to contact Dermilu first to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks will be disputed with evidence including:

  • Order confirmation

  • Delivery confirmation

  • IP address verification

  • Payment authorization records

 

Customers who engage in abusive dispute activity may be permanently restricted from purchasing.

Allergic Reactions & Sensitivities

Dermilu products are cosmetic products. We recommend:

  • Reviewing ingredient lists carefully

  • Performing a patch test before full application

 

We are not responsible for allergic reactions, irritation, or misuse of products.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a licensed healthcare provider.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
