Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume periods (sales, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship within the United States.
If international shipping becomes available, additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Dermilu is not responsible for:

Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete address
If an order is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Dermilu is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:

Check with neighbors or household members

Contact the shipping carrier directly

File a claim with the carrier if necessary
We are not responsible for carrier errors.
Damaged Packages in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged:

Take photos immediately

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number and photo evidence
We will review your claim and determine an appropriate resolution.
Risk of Loss
All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.
